    that's ok. I think i will take your advise. i am going to return the fram filters and get the ac delco's. i saw that they had them at the walmart where i got the fram filters.

    It takes a pf48 not a pf46. you might want to check that out for yourself. i do not want to put the wrong filter on.

    last monday night it got down to -30 degrees here and in the morning it started just fine. I do not know what kind of oil the previous owner had in it but it was about 2 quarts low so that maybe helped it to start better.

    when i was at walmart today i was looking at oil filters and a guy that was buying some oil told me to use the fram oil filters so i bought 6 of them. should i take them back? what is wrong with fram. he told me they are the best you can buy.

This time i went all out and got the big 4.8liter v8! I know this big powerhouse v8 will need a very special oil but i cannot decide...
