I've got a 30x50 metal building uninsulated walls.. I do have doors on either end, I use a barrel fan and can usually get it tolerable but it will get into the 90's in the building here in GA.. I've been seeing a lot of ads for these lately and they seem to have good reviews...
Nice price and this tool did well on the torque test I've seen on youtube.. Not sure why I haven't bought one yet myself.... Just keep using my air gun.
Unless the whine is bad bearing noise I'd let it go as long as it was charging properly. Then I'd replace it with the cheapest new one with good reviews on amazon, but that's me.

Report doesn't look bad. Here are my UOA's from my Ram with similar change intervals for your comparison. My iron and copper have been on a downward trend. I know redline 5w-30 is touted as a great oil for Hemi's and no doubt it is, but Mobil 1 has been doing really well in mine. You might think...
Man that thing has been sitting! First oil change on my tractor was at 5yrs/125hrs but I didn't do a UOA. I've been running 15w-40 delvac in mine. No comments otherwise but good on you for changing it. Can always spot a kubota that hasn't been serviced by the grey filters still being installed..
Check out the weight (under 6lbs) and the reviews on this saw on youtube.. I've got one but haven't tried it out yet. Lot of saw for $99 (according to reviews)...
Yeah I just noticed that this thing has an 18in bar.. IMO if you need an 18in bar you need a gas saw. 12-14in electric can be useful. I like that they are quiet and don't have to put muffs on the kids if they're around.
I've used the Miluakee 18v chainsaw and it is impressive. Its also quite a bit cheaper than this Makita even on clearance so I'd go with that...
That said if you're going to be doing a high volume of work you are going to be better off with gas and for that money you can have a nice Echo..
What gets me is the ones that are "dual compatible" always say "non-synchronized manual transmissions" which to me means it isn't safe for yellow metals in synchronized transmissions which is what everyone actually has.. This led me to seek out Redline for the transmission in my Mazda. I will...
