    Thanks for the replies. Makes sense. I'll have to do a more detailed search for cracks. Does anyone know of another way to test for PCV leak other than finding the crack itself?

    Haven't done that. Ok thanks. But if there was a vacuum leak wouldn't it throw a trouble code? Especially since a loose gas cap can?
