I thought the advantage of aluminum was that it would not rust??
If you're in the north east, that is a huge selling point.
I like that the F-150 is almost 700lbs lighter.
I'm failing to see the disadvantage in an all aluminum body?
As a general reminder to everyone:
Tis the season, be careful as a lot of thieves simply follow the UPS drivers watch them drop off the package then swoop in and grab it...
A few years back I remember Toyota being voted the most deceptive company by some watchdog company.
Why?
Toyota announces how earth friendly they are (the Prius is the 2nd coming of Jesus...yada yada yada).
Yet had more lobbyist fighting pollution control in Washington than any other car...
Whatever side you fall on (global warming or global Non sense) one thing is for sure:
What are you going to do about it?!
Just prepare yourself and enjoy life. Cripes...
Going Used?
You should be looking at the previous owner.
I'd take a popular opinion "Less" reliable car that has a full service history OVER a Corolla or Civic that has an unknown.

Do you even know what 0W means? I don't think so.
The most advanced leading edge race oils from Mobil, Shell etc are all 0W-XX oils.
I wouldn't take a new car to the track...
I've had several Honda dipsticks read low after changing the oil and filling to what the manual calls for-
Actually, I wouldn't call it low it was smack dap in the middle of the dipstick readings -therefore safe.
So it must be a safe zone. (1 qt )
The Made in China badge is the one thing that has me angry. Love the Zeon's otherwise.
The Tire shop told me the Zeons were made in the USA (I do think the summer tires are: RS3-S)
Having said that, made in China doesn't mean inferior quality-
The iPhone and most Apple products are made in...
