Magnatec is group III, I think it's a good oil but it's not the best. I use it in a high mileage van (Vito V6 diesel) with short change intervals, but I prefer to use edge 0w40 in the cars.

I think the black can has the same oil as the golden can I can buy in europe. The golden says manufactured in E.U. but the barcode is from Germany, and the specs are the same. The black vs golden can could be a marketing action for US, and that´s why it says "not for sale outside america"

I've checked the level with engine running and it was too low. I need to drive it, I've just done 10 miles but I think the problem is solved.
