There isn't a dimes worth of difference between the new Mobil 1 oil filters and the top line Premium Guard oil filters. The TSB that Hyundai/KIA put out was over a decade ago.
If you are that concerned about the aftermarket filters, just go and buy a OEM Hyundai/KIA filter. They aren't that...
I have a Slime analog and a Victor analog. Both are 0-50 psi and both read the same. I also have a low psi Slime pencil gauge. I use it for hard to access places like mowers. It reads 1/2 to 1 psi lower than the analogs. I trust the analogs more.
Cadillac and Buick are legacy companies. Their idea of going all EV is going to send future customers elsewhere. Many high volume GM dealers have dropped Buick and Cadillac because they do not want to invest in the training or infrastructure.
Wasp spray doesn't work on southern yellow jackets. Trust me, I know. The only way to take care of those ground dwelling demons is to pour gasoline down their hole after sunset.
The same thing happened at our local GM dealership. The carried Chevy, GMC, Buick, and Cadillac. It's now only GMC and Chevy. They are a high volume dealer.
Buick is transitioning to all EV by 2030. Many dealers have opted not to invest in the infrastructure and training needed to be a Buick dealer. What a sorry state of affairs. The same goes for Cadillac.
