Hi Trav, so It is possible for this to happen, I'm asking if the valve stem seals are the seal that stop intake pressure going into the cam area (OHC) or is there another seal that stops that.
That's odd you think there is exhaust pressure and you don't want them gases coming into the oil, but...

My Mazda 3 1.6 diesel (DV6C). It has always had a bit of oil leak on start up, I have put this down to higher mileage valve stem seals (245000km ~153000miles). There is no noticeable movement on the dip stick and only last for the normal 10-20 sec on start up and then clear as day...

I'm trying to figure out what if any gearbox or engine mount is gone.
They seem fine when driving in gear through the rev range.
It bangs quite a bit when starting and turning off, a lot more the I'm used to first diesel car but i have driven other diesel and haven't felt it like this...
He said they wouldn't for such a small order, I dont need it anyway anytime in the near future so, meh. yea i probably could of got it there if want to I just wanted to know where I could get it when I do need it.

Its crazy to see how many car markers are using this engine now. The Toyota Proace is even using it, hopefully that means it a good engine and lots of cheap parts.

I'd think the GTX is best for your application. my logic is that you want the right hot viscosity if your not heating the oil more then normal towing if your manual has not state that is inside normal use. because it is CH-4 which is backwards compatible with CE " CH-4 oils are superior in...
