We are a well behaved group. Yes we do exceed the speed limit occasionally but generally in the curves. All our routes are out of town curvy roads. No highway riding.

Has anyone had a blown motor due to running the proper viscosity and changing oil at a regular interval?

My comment was pretty self explanatory. If you read it very carefully it asked if anyone has crashed from a PLUGGED TIRE FAILING. This is a thread about repairing a tire and is it safe. Yes riders do wreck from having a flat but im asking if anyone wrecked because of a failed plug or patch.

Lets talk about oil and tires and air filters and air pressure and coolant and chains and sprockets next…hehe

I just asked the question in my response to him. How many of you have patched or plugged a tire and crashed due to it failing? I’m guessing 0.

My armchair quarteback statement was directed at those who have never plugged or patched a tire but say you’re going to die if you do it. Thank you for your 45 years of service and your opinion is noted. I will continue doing what im doing and hope i live another day. Just curious how many here...
