almost all cars here use 20w50, last week i went to the honda dealership and they used bulk shell helix 20w50 on all new cars!! Should i scale down to something like delo 15w40 or just go directly to 10w30??

ive been using supreme 10w30 on my civic tranny for 6k miles , should i worry about it? should i change it ?

any ideas on what oil should i use? is supreme 10w30 any good? ill see temps ranging from 60 to 86 this summer. Is it a good idea to use synth? transmission has 127k miles on it and shifts smoothly. What would you recommend?
