I wanted to add that except for flash point, everything else is identical in both the files. I suspect both are same oils. Pour point is solid. Any opinion on how good this oil is?
I emailed Warren oil and asked for Meijer Synthetic 5W-30 spec. This is what they sent me.
PDS - AutoQuest Full Synthetic
Warren Oil website has an atachment for Lubrigold PDS. Flashpoint is higher for Lubrigold HP 5W-30.

For science, I used "which oil?" tool at Mobil UK website. It recommends MOBIL 1 NEW LIFE 0W-40 for my car (03 Miata 1.8L) even though they sell Mobil 1™ Fuel Economy 0W-30.

I thought he came up with some reasons to essentially recommend the order in "Find the right oil" tool at Mobil website.
I emailed Mobil rep asking if AFE has lesser anti-wear chemistry than the other variants. This is the conversation:
Me: I see in the Mobil 1 product guide that AFE 0W-30 has less phosphorous and zinc levels than other lines such as EP 5W-30, HM 5W-30, regular 5W-30. Im interested in 0W-30 for...
Mobil 1 product guide at https://mobiloil.com/~/media/amer/us/pvl/files/pdfs/mobil-1-oil-product-specs-guide.ashx shows AFE is low on phosphorus and zinc.
Would it work for my application?

Out: PYB 10W-30, PureOne Filter
In: PYB 10W-30 + GTX HM 10W-30 + Mobil1 AFE 0W-30, PureOne Filter

Miles on oil: 5000
Time on oil: 4 months

So I changed to PYB 10w-30 today and drove spiritedly for about 20 miles. It sounded quieter compared to the Mobil 1s I used before but at high RPMs, I recall GTX HM 10W-30 being even more quieter. This could be because of the higher operating viscosity of GTX HM. I'll post an update in a few...
EricTheCarGuy says that the engines used to run conventionals have larger clearances and when these engines are switched to synthetics, the easier flow of synthetics can cause noise. Source: http://youtu.be/lshd7WR-a6I
Mazda actually recommends 10W-30 over 0 F. Quietest oil I've used so far is GTX HM in 10W-30. Perhaps I should just try conventional 10W-30 again. My only complaint with the GTX HM was it didn't rev more freely as the synthetics(Mobil 1) I tried.
I used to use GTX HM and was happy with how my motor sounded/felt. Since I do a lot of short trips and live in cold Michigan, I wanted to switch to synthetics. Hence, I tried Mobil 1 AFE 0W-30 in the winter. It increased my fuel economy but decreased my happiness with harsh sounding rev ups. For...
I learnt that the quietness depends on the motor/oil combination and not on the oil alone. That said, the following order in 5W-30 synthetic flavor seem to reflect the collective opinion on most to least quietness on different motors.
1) Amsoil / Pennzoil
2) Castrol / Valvoline
3) Mobil 1
