I decided to try the 10W-30 full synthetic supertech high mileage oil from wal-mart. One thing i noticed when im pouring it into the engine.. the oil is very very clear.. and it pours like water. Is that good sign, bad sign, or no sign or what??

which filter are you taling about?? ST 2808 or the 3950??
I have a filter wrench that is universal, that clamps down on the filter only when you are torquing it. You should invest in an oil filter wrench similar to that.
Just put that stuff in one of my cars.. A 97 honda civic and draining it out at 5000 mile interval and planning on sending the oil out for analysis.
