Vibration feeling after new tires installed?

Balancing tires is an art. I once has problem with a GY and a new set of Wrangler tires. 2x they tried to balance and they shook at 60 mph. When I went back to complain the owner decided to balance the tires and they came out perfect. The run of the mill tire tech was just sloppy, could care...

    Walmart and Valvoline

If they are eliminating one brand its often because they have another to replace it which costs them less money. I often get to stop in a WM store 100 miles from the one here. That store has items the local store does not have. I asked a friend who works there about why I can find this item in...

    Amsoil SSO 5w50

The AMSOIL is 100% synthetic, the Red Line is Full Synthetic. Full synthetic oil is a marketing term that in no way defines the quantity of synthetic content. When you see the words 100% Synthetic on a bottle, such as in AMSOIL Signature Series, that means that EVERY SINGLE DROP of oil in your...

Where are Fram Oil and Air filters made ?

Look on the box. Quote The United States (U.S.), marking statute, Section 304, Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1304) requires that, unless excepted, every article of foreign origin (or its container) imported into the U.S. shall be marked with its country of origin.

    m1 0w40 wet clutch?

0W is just the cold weather rating of the oil, 0w-40, 10W-40 are both 40 wts at operating temp so a 0W will not cause one bit of problems except maybe start easier. Honda ATV's have wet clutch so its must carry the JASO MA spec.

    Ea15k filters

fYI Champion Labs is just one of the manf. they use. These filters are assembly by automation and things can screw up. Friend got some K&N filters and when he opened the box one of them was in 3 pc's and K&N would not replace it because it came from AMAZON seller who was not an authorized reseller.

5w30 lucas synthetic for honda big red?

I have a 2006 Rincon 680 (bought new) and all I ever use is AMSOIL 4-Stroke 0W-40 Synthetic. I could start it and drive away and it would shift perfectly. Never had a problem using 0W-40. Honda does not make a drop of oil, they out source it to the lowest bidder who puts the Honda label on the...

First Oil Change; Oil Looks Green

Might be just a tracer dye used by the oil manufacturer to identify the oil. The company that supplies Polaris oil also supplies oil for other small engine oem's such as Arctic Cat and Husqvarna.

    Amsoil worth the price?

AMSOIL is a niche product. It is not mass marketed, because that market is driven by price. OE and XL have lower price points (with less benefits) for that reason. They were introduced to address a large market not served by the Signature Series. People change their oil more often with other...
