I'm following The Oil Geek's break procedure. Change at 500, 1500, 3500, 5000. No filter change until 5000. He's cut open the filters he has used so far. No need for a change.

My 2026 long bed crew cab is nice. Turning radius is what it is, not been an issue for me. It's not a sports car. Rides nice and quiet. Much better than my 78 Datsun King Cab and my 84 4x4 Nissan pk did. The Hankook tires need to be re-balanced and aren't the best riding tire, but it's not too...

You need a better dealer. The local dealer here recommends the Range, quietly of course, and maybe only to the customers they know, but they know.

Why did you wait for the end of warranty for the Range? The beauty of those is they don't change the ecm if removed and removal is simple.

I can't seem to find your evidence for a 6 month change? I agree, it can't hurt. But, that is not a reason to do something just because.

Lake changed his transmission and differentials fluids, on his Toyota pickup, at 5000 miles, for the same reason. I'm following his suggestion from another of his videos and changing my new Frontier at 500, 1500, 3500 and then again and there after at 5000. No filter change until 5000 miles.
