The efficiency is the ability to filter + the flow rate.For sure when the filter ages the flow goes down but the size of particulates that can filter should be better since the micro pores of the filter...

    You nailed it is just cafe valid only in North America. use 0W30 I do on my Honda Civic 1.5 Turbo.

    On my Kia, I went 1 grade up the recommended on oil cap 5w-20. I put 5w-30 since Hyundai Kia engines struggle with 20.

    First can be the PCV valve that doesn't release the pressure in the crankcase, so replace it. The second is oil grade too thin, with Kia, you need a thick beef. I have Kia too
