M1 ESP 5w30 is what I just put in my 3.0 nano engine (big bother of yours). 3.5 HTHS euro oil with a API SP seal. The 0w30 might also be SP I am not sure, and its cheaper because walmart sells it.

Replaced the Motorcraft with Mobil 1 ESP 5w30. Hoping to keep the Vis up longer.

Oil was in service for about 8 months and 5500 miles. Most of the driving was a short trip to the highway (2mi), and then a 15mi spirited drive on the highway normally doing 75-80mph. This sample did see a good bit of 15 min remote starts during that period.
