    Castrol Edge $20 rebate

Thank You. Ordered from Walmart and picked up. With tax and rebate it ended up being $16.00 per 5qt bottle. Not too bad at all for Castrol Edge.

2011 GMC Terrain Needs new catalytic converter. Go OEM or Aftermarket?

Took it to the dealer today and they did a full diagnosis for me and for free which suprised me, but I am not complaining. It is the catalytic converter and their quote is $1750. That is high but not aggregiously expensive like I thought it would be. However I will probably do it myself, after...

2011 GMC Terrain Needs new catalytic converter. Go OEM or Aftermarket?

I have a dealer credit so its only going to cost me $40 to have them do a full diagnostic. Yeah I have a $50 scan tool that can do some live data, but If I am going to shell out north of $1000 I want to be 100% sure it is the cat and not something like a cracked exhaust manifold (doubtful). That...

2011 GMC Terrain Needs new catalytic converter. Go OEM or Aftermarket?

I think you just sealed it for me, THANKS! Yes I do have 2.4 Ecotec garbage engine. I had a cracked exhaust manifold at 80,000 when they did the warranty work and replaced it. I would not be the least bit surprised if it is broke again since this is a common problem on the 2.4 Ecotec. I am...

2011 GMC Terrain Needs new catalytic converter. Go OEM or Aftermarket?

Thanks for the replies guys, I take impeciable care of my vehicles and even though mine has 159,000 miles on it, I had the oil consumption fixed done by GM at 80,000. They replaced the pistons, rings, head gasket, timing chain, guides, etc. so there should be a good amount if life left in that...

2011 GMC Terrain Needs new catalytic converter. Go OEM or Aftermarket?

So my GMC Terrain has a P0420 code. I replaced both oxygen sensors but that is not fixing it. There is an extended warranty on the cat for these vehicles, but of course mine is now just out of that windows. I always go OEM but the cheapest I can find for the OEM cat is around $600 shipped...

Do you have to wait to wax new paint with graphene products?

As the above poster said, factory paint job is cured when it leaves the factory so you are good to go. After market paint jobs like after an accident need to gas out for 30-90 days before you apply any wax or sealant.
