    Best quality open end wrench?

My tools are almost all Sears Craftsman and almost all bought 40+ years ago. They may not be "the best," and there is still a chance that I could marry an heiress with enough money to afford one Snap-on wrench, but the Craftsman stuff has worked so far.

    F-14 to fly again?

I just remembered that when a buddy of mine was in USAF in Big Spring, he trained Iranian pilots. When I visited, he let me fly the simulator. This was in 1975. Just thought I'd add that irrelevant data point.

    I know, I know. :ROFLMAO:

What are you eating right now?

Sauté of lion's mane and oyster mushrooms, red bell pepper, zucchini, and spinach. Extra virgin olive oil. Rotisserie chicken from Sprouts that will impress you. Might even change your mind about store-bought cooked food. Maybe not, but maybe. Tapioca tortillas on the side. No pictures because...

    Youtube Oil Experts

I'm sick of it, but I can't help myself. My family is planning an intervention. YouTube has ruined everything. Don't get me started.

Boroscoped the cylinders on my 2014 Acura RLX today

I have used NGK and DENSO plugs for 45 years, and I have always used (a modest amount of) anti-seize on my plugs. I like to obey the rules, too, and I hate being a wiseguy who thinks he knows better than professional Japanese engineers. That said, the reason that NGK says not to use anti-seize...

Boroscoped the cylinders on my 2014 Acura RLX today

@Brybo86 "Helpful" post. Thank you. :) Those boroscope pictures are amazing. If I ever get a boroscope, I can give up my cable tv subscription and just look at my cylinders all day. No kidding, really. :)

    10 Best Rock-Pop Guitarists Of The 1960s and 1970s?

Thanks for visiting the thread. I appreciate you, bud. :) Chicago's a great. It's always been good luck for me. :)

    10 Best Rock-Pop Guitarists Of The 1960s and 1970s?

Obviously, I did not want to start a thread just to ask my own questions and give my own answers. That would make me a condescending jerk. :) Arkansas is a beautiful state. I once drove by Little Rock. It might have been in 1974. Glen Campbell was from Arkansas. He's was Steve Lukather before...

    10 Best Rock-Pop Guitarists Of The 1960s and 1970s?

Thanks for visiting the thread, little buddy. I appreciate you. :) 1) I never gave a list. 2) Can one "troll" in one's own thread? Is that ontologically and epistemologically possible? :)

    10 Best Rock-Pop Guitarists Of The 1960s and 1970s?

Thanks for visiting the thread, bud. :) Why don't we let Eddie tell us which guitarists he admired? (Speaking from beyond the grave through AI, of course.)

    10 Best Rock-Pop Guitarists Of The 1960s and 1970s?

It's not that hard to get beyond subjectivity and reach a consensus. The majority of people in this thread agree that Hendrix was the top. Metal music is not Pop or Rock. It's a sub-genre. Van Halen's biggest hits were pop songs, not metal songs. Yngwie Malmsteen, or Eddie Van Halen, are...

    10 Best Rock-Pop Guitarists Of The 1960s and 1970s?

Stephen Stills has more of the blues in his little finger than Eric Clapton will ever have. I saw him on tv in the '70s take two solos on one of those crappy CSN songs, and my life was different after that. Stills is a genius. He was Number 3 on my list. Jorma Kaukonen is a runny cheese that...

What are you doing right now?

I have to work tomorrow, and I haven't even got a gas station to hang out at. Totally sucks if you ask me.
