I performed a ARX clean and rinse phase on my vehicle about 15K miles ago. I have not been using the ARX MD. Do I need to perform another clean and rinse or is it OK to start using an MD now?

I use LUCL with every fill up. It is readily available and cost effective if purchased in the gallon jug. I think you will be pleased. It is also solvent free. My understanding is that MMO contains approx. 30% mineral spirits.

I prefer a steady does of LUCL with each tank. If I were in the market for a periodic single tank treatment, I would lean towards either the Techron or perhaps Schaeffers Soy Ultra.

I trust Terry's analysis as well. Perhaps I will try FP+ after my LUCL is gone.

Yes, there does seem to be some debate regarding extension of the cleaning phase. I feel more comfortable following Frank's application instructions.

My only concern with FP+ is solvents. My understanding is that neither MMO nor LUCL utilize solvents in their fuel additives. This may not be a legitimate concern. Why do you prefer FP+.

I ordered my first case online (7000 10W-30). I just found a supplier in a neighboring town. I can pick it up (no freight). Cost = $4.29 per Quart.

As can be seen by my signature I am in the midst of an A-Rx cleaning phase. I have a trip planned this weekend. When I return I will be around 100-150 miles over the prescribed 1500 miles. I will drain the oil and begin the rinse phase at that time. Is this an issue?
