The VR30DDTT in Q50/Q60 3.0t is very similar to the VR38DETT in Nissan GT-R which is also recommended with 0w-40. I have a G37 with 81k miles now, and I just switch from Pennzoil 5w-30 to Mobil 1 0w-40. I already ran about 400 miles into the new oil, and the engine feels a little more aggressive...
I vote for Aisin since I have been using Aisin NS-2 in my 2013 Maxima since 60k miles until now with almost 200k. I always change the CVT fluid every 30k miles. DO NOT FLUSH your fluid, just drain and refill the fluid with correct CVT fluid.
I will say Aisin is good too. I have been using Aisin NS-2 on my 2014 Nissan Maxima since 60k miles until now with almost 200k miles. I always change the CVT fluid every 30k miles, and the car is running super smooth like new until now. Aisin NS2/3 can go for like $8 or $9 on eBay.

Been using SuperTech on a new 2018 1.5L Honda CRV with almost 28k miles now, a used 1999 Tacoma 2.4L since like 100k miles until now with almost 300k miles, a new 2013 Toyota Camry since brand new until now with almost 90k miles. No problems with the engines at all!!!!
My 2014 Nissan Maxima has almost 200k miles now, and I always change the CVT fluid every 30k miles, and it's running very smooth like new. I plan to see how long this CVT tran will last since people keep saying bad things to CVT trannys.
First 60k miles, I did with Nissan NS-2, then I switched...
