I completely understand that you are unwilling to answer. Just my opinion but I would find a well reasoned speculation more useful than "I know but I won't tell you".

Don't get me wrong, but your answer was more of a non-answer than an answer. I understand you're not at liberty to discuss but maybe leaving some space for anyone who is might be more useful than pointing out why a lot of people who know can't (or aren't willing to) answer.
