I couldn't get hpl recently and I used motul 8100 for thr first time and I gotta say. It is definitely quality oil.

Honestly as I said before. I beat on it but I'd rather put something high quality and high performing in.

ive been reading about tribodyn or whatever as well. it seems pretty good from what i can tell.

So I did notice the ls additive which is why I haven't mentioned it too much in detail as it's not something I need or want. And that gear 300 is retarded expensive.

Amsoil oddly doesn't have anything for manual 22 wrx only the cvt

I ended up getting hpl oil and an amsoil oil filter. Now I'm looking to change the trans/diff fluids.

Yeah thats the one I have. It just looks odd I guess cause it's thinner.

I couldn't get my drain plug out as the oil was still hot so expansion but just by eyeing it. It looks too small and I looked up the filter model on the website and i didn't see subaru listed

so the amsoil filter came in because on their website you just type in the make and model of your car and it generates the oil and filter you need. well the oil is wrong as it suggests 0w-30 and the oil filter is model# EA15K20. I went to change my oil today and the filter looks awfully smaller...

I just go by the what the owners manual says
