    Low mileage Sienna 3.5 uoa

A bit confused on which metals are purposely used to make engine oil and metals that are considered wear metals. The reference numbers for the 2grfe uoa are almost 7,000 miles and my oil only had about 4,300 on the it. Mine indicates 1 on tin, where the average 2grfe with almost double the miles...

That's because the 09+ has the 2ar fe.

    Toyota 5.7L burning oil

That 2.5 will probably run like a top until the coming with any old oil, my Toyota only mechanic compares it to the old 5sfe as far as robust design.

    Toyota 5.7L burning oil

Actually with high ambient temps you're in an even better position, quick warm ups... which is easier on oil, little to no fuel dilution, ect.. when it's below freezing here I tend to try to combine my trips as to only have to warm the car up once a day, in the summer I don't pay attention since...

    Toyota 5.7L burning oil

What do you mean by heat, internal combustion engines run in a very narrow temp , ambient temps aren't a factor.

    Dissimilar metals and warm-up time

That's about dumbest summation I've heard of, iron block aluminum heads are some of the longest lasting engines in the world, you totally ignore there's an engineered head gasket between them.

What is the lowest temp you all would use 20w50

You just picked that out of nowhere , and you're confused.

Piston Soak with an Industrial Degreaser?

Interesting, did you have any detonation caused by combustion chamber deposits caused by oil burning?

Piston Soak with an Industrial Degreaser?

After all these years bitog members still referring to oil control rings as compression rings.

Berryman's B12 chemtool /fuel system cleaner and piston soak precaution?

$200 or $2,000?! The 2azfe is is an expensive engine, I'm talking a few thousand, even with 100k miles, I don't get it.

Berryman's B12 chemtool /fuel system cleaner and piston soak precaution?

It's supposed to, rings on non running engines aren't exerting why pressure on the cylinder walls.

Berryman's B12 chemtool /fuel system cleaner and piston soak precaution?

From what I've gathered, Seafoam isn't as harsh as it contains some petroleum, b12 supposedly doesn't have any .

Berryman's B12 chemtool /fuel system cleaner and piston soak precaution?

Pertaining to piston soaks I've concluded that this product is the most effective to dissolve hard carbon deposits on piston tops, but I remember reading somewhere on berryman's own site that it should not be used for more than a few hours due to coated aluminum being damaged by the soak, also...
