I use AMSoil 4-stroke small engine oil SAE30/10W-30 in my Honda HS928. Starts on the first pull every time regardless of temperature. A true sheer stable synthetic SAE30 that is able to meet the cold flow specs of a 10W-30.

I used AMSoil's fuel efficient low viscosity ATF in my wife's 07' Civic with no issues. My other vehicle needed the same type of ATF and I just wanted one on hand. I used the same reasoning that they now specify DW-1 as replacement that it should be fine and it is. No noticable difference.
