    I am settled on the motor oil. Now I need to decide on the filter. I realize that this is not a huge deal, but when some brands are made by other brands... I like to get good opinions on a solid product. In your opinion, what is a solid oil filter brand that you can't go wrong with?

    Thank you for the fast response. I read that some motors work better with certain oils, so I was just checking. I completely forgot about Amsoil too. I will probably choose between the Royal Purple API and the Pennzoil Ultra Platinum. Thanks again.
