I heard of it way back when but since the guys mentioning it failed to where proper masks and suits when spraying paint I ignored it!I figured their brains had been damaged from over exposure to solvents and left it at that. No one else has ever mentioned it until you know.
It is a very bad...
I have to admit that I have never tried RP ATF but their Gear oils and MTL's stink performance wise compared to Redline and Amsoil so why pay more for them?
RP is just a blender they do not make anything. Mobil has it's own additive company, it own refiner's and oil wells and R&D etc.....Mobil...
Check the wire for the sender. I had problems with older TOyota's when they would get about 12 years old or so the rubber/plastic boot that helped hold the single wire to the oil sender would gethard and not hold tight. The conector was just a piece of brass that cliped on the end of the sender...

When I was a young Tech in Germany 60 seconds was the Offical standard set by the German Government. If your car would not idle and run on it's own at that point then it was not in a proper state of tune and needed maintence. If you do not have positive oil pressure with in 30-45 seconds and...
If it is truly a direct injection system then no dino is going to holdup to it!In fact even a lot of synthetics cannot take the abuse chemicaly! Redline or RLI or a solid diesel oil.
I agree with Pablo on this one. First nothing to lose since they are both 75W's so cold flow and ecconomy should be about the same between the two products. If you should need the extra viscosity you will already have it in the sump. IF you have 90W intheir and need more well guess what you out...
It means they are different products. One specificly designed so that non-car guy Corvette owners can easily pick the product that the OEM wants them to use.
Better is a loaded word that means different tings to differnt people. I would suggest you take a look at all the UOA,VOA's and AMsoil...
Why flavor of the month? N131,FP,Techron,Toyota BRand,Redine Si-1,Lucas UCL and the like all work it is a mater of preference and how concentrated you want the product.
Until one gets tot he point that 99% of 5-15 micron particles are being captured first pass I do not think it matters really. No one has proved to my satisfaction that using say an AMsoil Ea filter will prolong engine life over using SuperTech filter in real world use. So with that being said...
Oh and when I worked for GM keep in mind that while I regularly was in and out of plants and around hourly employee's I did not work with them! In fact to get in where I worked you had to have a 4 year college degree minimum and extensive back ground in the automotive world either...
Well GM invested too much to ever call it a failure I mean they kept the PT Looser aka Buick Aztec in production what 2-3 extra years after it was proclaimed a failure by almost all of the earth just to not look bad.....If they ever admited it was a bad product they would get hit with so many...
