Thanks for the quick replies, the amsoil I was going to use is there signature series. I don't like the 15,000km intervals the monitor says and plan on keeping it so I change my oil and filter every 5,000km. I don't rack up the miles quick so even at 5,000km I'm still not changing it that often...
