Mobil has been having trouble for quite some time now. They blend their oils in TX and one of the plants went on fire in January (?) . I also think they were heavily affected (like a lot of manufacturing businesses) by the ice storms and power outages in early 2021.
Only one of the local Toyota...
Filters that I have identified that are Skyactiv (no ABDV) specific:
WIX 57002 / NAPA Gold 7002
FULL 2-OMD007 (NAPA Altrom ATM 2OMD007)
MicroGard MGL57002 (*Rated for 5000 mi)
I haven't had them pull the part, but I am assuming that the NAPA ProSelect 27002 also doesn't have an ADBV and this...
I have been using the WIX 57002 on my friend's '14 Mazda 3 and I just ordered some of these filters by FULL from the Naper (https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/ATM2OMD007). They are made in Thailand and out of the box definitely feel like they are a quality filter and don't have an ADBV as is...

The engine is in great shape and doesn't...
2009 Sonata GLS 2.4L I4 182500 miles
Out - Valvoline Extended Protection 5W30 & NAPA/Wix 1334 - 5100 mi OCI
In - Mobil1 European Formula 0W40 & NAPA/Wix 1334.
I dumped my '21 Corolla 2ZR-FAE oil at ~1100 miles. Toyota doesn't specify this, but there were visible wear metals when I dumped the filter. I would change it after the break-in period. The mileage is denoted in your manual.
The Car Care Nut specifies to do this and states he doesn't care what...
@Astro14 is correct in his explanation.
If you pull the scientific/engineering articles from the SAE Journal on the development of 0W-16 and 0W-20, the tests they conducted include wear analysis.
The manufacturer's test and determine whether or not the wear on the engine - rings, main...
