Looking for a good tire dressing

2nd here for poor boys bold n bright. adams vrt is great too, but pricey. I have adams tire shine also, but it’s a little greasy looking. I prefer the bold n bright. One of the best I’ve used. stick with something water based, however like mentioned they don’t last as long.

Do you ever buy non top tier gas when top tier is available?

I’m guessing you’re in Texas. Motiva is a joint venture between shell and aramco. Well, it was I believe but is no longer as shell sold their interest.

Do you ever buy non top tier gas when top tier is available?

That is the old school way. No one these days has an 89 compartment. They have blenders. Sounds like we are relatively in the same area, I have a station on HWY 80 outside of Sacramento. Our fuel is pulled from the west sac facility. Shell has their own tanks, additives already blended. They are...

Do you ever buy non top tier gas when top tier is available?

I own a shell station on a major interstate. shell fuel does not come from ABC bulk tank with detergent pack added at rack. chevron does. shell fills their own tank at the farm through a pipeline, and the detergent pack is blended in already. The driver pulls 87, or 91. Shell is very hands on...

Lots of filter talk here - how about home hvac air filters

Theres lots of talk about any type of filter under the sun here. May I pick your brains on air filters for home hvac? I'm looking for an alternative to the 3m fpr 10/ merv 13 filters that are $20 each. My home uses 2 at a time. I'd like to stick to merv 13 or above providing my hvac wont...

    removing wheel arch molding

If you let it get warm, more than likely it will pull some of the double sided adhesive tape off when removing the molding. If not, that's ok. Grab yourself an eraser wheel, it goes on the end of your drill. It will remove the double sided tape and is completely safe for your paint. It will not...

Filter change intervals - drain and fill questions

I have not, but it is reasonable for me to think, if my factory oci calls for 15k, and it is usually changed at 1/3 to half of that interval due to time rather than mileage, that it should be able to go another round. Seems reasonable to me, however that is why I am here. To get the...
