It did burn about quart every 3000 miles when I first bought the truck. It burned about the same with the first run of VRP. The second run it cut back to about a half quart. The third run of it, it barely burned any oil. I’m 2000 miles in on my 4th run and it hasn’t burned any yet. I’m thinking...

I changed out the oil filters early the first 3 runs at around 1500 miles each. I’m on my 4th run now and I’ll change the oil and filter at 3000 miles this time.

Yep, I calculated the right way. The mpg was 17mpg when I first got it and after doing the VRP for awhile it went to 22 mpg. I drive the same roads same speed so I know it had something to do with the oil. I’ve even gotten up to 25 mpg on i40 but I don’t drive it everyday.

I haven’t changed the pc valve or cleaned the egr yet but it probably needs to be done. I haven’t done any fuel additives or throttle body cleaning. I need to get on this stuff cause I’m sure it will make a difference.

I bought a 2001 Nissan Frontier xe 2.4 RWD that had 151,000 miles on it. I have been using R&P in it and I’m on the 4th run of it. When I first got it I could go about 185 miles to a tank of gas and now I can easily get 240 to 300 to a tank of gas. My little truck runs dang good with R&P in it...

The reason I don’t like Rotella T6 is because it didn’t look or feel right on my dipstick.
