Check for corrosion on the wires to the starter. Last month on a 2005 cleaned wires on starter and the problem went away. There was visible dirt/corrosion.

Vacuum test. Connect gauge and slowly accelerate. If the gauge begins to decline after 10 seconds, this could be a clogged cat. Clean the iat sensor on the air intake regardless, it is a 2005.

Look at the true size of the coil under the glass, not the pretty etching the manufacturer draws on the top of the glass. Lower quality units use a smaller diameter coil.

I think it is a heat problem. Vacuum the vents. If that doesn't help you might want to repaste the cpu heatsink.
