If your country is tropical climate you should try heavier weight.
Mine is and I use redline shockproof heavy and Bar's Leaks 1816 gear repair. The later has reviews claiming it stopped whine.
I read to top off with water as it is not the glycol evaporating.
The included clamps are a bit different, they have a spine type design across the whole outside and half the length of the otherwise smooth interior. It may be a difference of how tense it can hold.
I got a full set of silicone radiator hoses for my v6 mustang.
They come with worm clamps, but I see people using the stock ford tension spring clips in review photos. Is either or both preferable? I read the worms need to be tight, 2 fingers on a 1/4" socket tight.
I also have a few tubes...

Joe Leoni penned a somewhat technical article for the 356 Registry, Bosch Black Coil vs Blue...
It is a commonly reported issue in the v6 05-09 mustangs. I feel new throttle body, tune and fuel pump helped, but none as much as the blue coil pack.
I wish I could afford one. They do dyno tests.
It just seems to have significantly less lurching from a stop and delay in throttle response with the blue unit vs motorcraft.
I do notice now Ena motoring has a yellow version even more expensive than the red.
Maybe I should try to contact them.
