Actaully of the oils I've used, redline 0-40 was my favorite in my car. I don't know why, I just felt the most comforable with. I'm just looking for the best protection under high heat.

im still running amsoil atf in my 6 sp manual, but i know from the factory it come with an additive.....being a modifier of some sort. i know if i put mtl in it the factory warranty will be voided, but if it will improve the shifting at high rpms it will be worth it. the tranny (2nd one) only...

i tend to fall back to rl 0-40, over m1 0-40 and afl 5-40.

ill use rl 0-40 over my m1 0-40 factory fill any day....LOL

ive ran m1 0-40, afl 5-40, and rl 0-40....love them all, but im sticking with rl 0-40. seems like there a little advantage with rl 0-40.

i actually blew the first tranny with only 8000 miles on it...well it started making noise then and progressively got worse until it was replaced at 18000 miles. had amsoil in it.....but not at all blaming it.

i have a caliber srt-4, which have a getrag 6-speed tranny and mopar calls for atf+4 in this manual. some guys run mt fluid, but then voids the warranty. so, im running amsoil atf at the moment, instead of the factory fill of mopars atf+4. would you say amsoil atf is pretty much as good as it...

afl 5-40 is great oil, i ran it for awhile along with sso 0-30 too.

i put some high performance injectors (and rl 0w-40) in my csrt-4 and lowered my speed on the daily drive, and bumped my mpg to a average of 29.5 (the evic acually read up to 38.5mpg)....not bad for 375+ hp to the wheels.

i just had a sso uoa, im doing a afl(waiting on the kit) and redline 0-40 in the future.
