Well I own a 2008 Subaru Legacy 2.5i. As an owner of a Subaru I really don't find it outside of the norm for repairs. Its has a 2.5L , and yes, it used oil. I use synthetic. I had has tried Amsoil and Castrol Syntec. Amsoil being the highest oil use with Castrol right behind it. Towing a trailer...
