I'm in canada btw and its 0C and below in the winter right now. Why I feel 0W16 is perfectly fine here but correct me if I'm wrong. If i lived in a warmer place I'd definitely run 0W20
So my car (19 camry hybrid) says OCI of 16,000 Km or 1 year whatever first.
It has been almost 1 year but have only driven 2000km.
Would it be necessary to change it or can go further considering extremely low milage?

Just grab a 5 quart jug of something that is approved by manual and change it.
I don't think all this mixing will have any impact really.
Maybe using SP rated will help though is all I can think of due to better standards.
Looks like new one is updated to SP and the packaging changed. I checked a few canadian tire stores locally. The website showed picture of the new packaging but stores only had old stock of SN+.
