7800X3D would be my CPU choice for a gaming rig. NVIDIA Super series are just now being released. 4070 Super is out and the 4070 Ti Super will be next followed by the 4080 Super. I believe the 4080 is being discontinued.

I have played around with the free version of NanoCAD which appears to be very similar to AutoCAD. You can save as .dxf which is pretty generic 2D file formats that about any CAD software can open.

I went with the Bilstein 4600 series in the rear on my Sierra. From the research I did at the time, the 4600 series are the same as the 5100 series except for the color and they are the same length as OEM (not intended for lifted suspensions).

I wonder if this bracket could be a safety feature to prevent the vehicle from going over top of a smaller/lower vehicle when involved in a front end collision.
