Napa in Canada appears to be the only retailer of LubroMoly Motor Saver,bought 2 cans $14 each.

As suggested, pull the valve cover to get an indication of engine internal cleanliness/neglect. Check out MadMikes photos in this thread for reference. Post your findings.

Just went through this only a couple of days ago on my old Toyota. Oil light issues exactly as you described, flickering/steady on @ hot idle. Turned out to be..............a bad oil pressure sending unit. Just my very recent experience.
