Thanks for the replies guys. I was not sure about the Motul 7100 because of it being an Ester base oil as I know nothing about about Ester Oil other than a lot of Motorcycles use it.
My Hustler mower has twin Hydro Gear 2800 drive units that call for 20W50 motor oil.I have 2 gal of Motul 7100 20W50 but it says it is an ESTER Synthetic. I have no idle what this Ester stuff means so help me out. Can this be used in the Hydro Gear units.

Thanks guys,I was just wondering if something had been found to do a better job then the HOAT G-05 as I don't see much talk about it on the Forum. I see talk about the OAT G-05 but not about the HOAT.

Ok it's time to change the coolant in my 08 Dodge Ram with the 6.7 diesel. In the last 7 years has things changed or it it still best to use the HOAT G-05 or is there something better to use.
And yes this is the first coolant change.

I would not use the stuff. The engine will fall out if you use synthetic. But I will dispose of it for you. I will PM you where to send it.

A little more info, I have done a couple of UOA and Blackstone says the engine is doing great with the 15/40 so I was just a little afraid of trying to fix something that wasn't broke.
The engine does run cleaner then a lot of 6.7s as it has been deleted since new...
