Do they have the 0W-40 ESP available in 5 quart jugs?

    PF64 cut open

A better option over the PF64 is the Fram Ultra XG12060 which has the new updated pressure specs. I have a few of those as well. A much better filter than anything Delco makes.

    PF64 cut open

I stocked up on the classic PF64 Delco filters before they went to the e-core design. I have about 60 of them now. I have 2 GM vehicles that take the PF64 filter (CTS-V and Z06) and wanted to make sure that these V8 engines have the stronger internal metal tube instead of the plastic cage design.

AC DELCO PF 64 CUT OPEN

Looks good! I stocked up on the classic PF64s for my engine before GM discontinued them, as I didn't want the filters with the weak plastic e-core center tubes. My engine has the higher GM 22psi+ pressure specs, so I wanted to make sure the internal tube is steel, just to be on the safe side.

    Who has gone Mobil 1?

Been using Mobil 1 since 1994 and never used anything else. No reason to switch since Mobil 1 is a proven oil and many OEMs use it as their factory fill. If the OEMs use it, why switch?

    Mobil 1 0W-40 ESP, 2019 CTS-V, 3,000 Miles...

I took a sample from my 2019 CTS-V with just under 5K miles. I changed the factory fill at 1,890 miles and went with the new 2019 Corvette spec Mobil 1 0W40 ESP. This is NOT the M1 0W-40 Euro formula. So far looks good after 3K miles with a TBN at 5.1, so will run it for at least 5K miles...

Are you using the new Mobil 1 0W40 ESP or 0W40 European car formula?

WIX vs Mobil1 vs Amsoil vs Fram, what oil filter? Maxima 2009 3.5L VQ engine

Fram Ultra. Hands down best bang for the buck. Mobil 1 oil filter is NOT a 100% synthetic media filter like the Fram Ultra is.

Fram Ultra Cartridge good for 30k?

I don't think any filter can go 30K miles safely. I wouldn't run any filter to 20K miles, let alone 30K miles. Your just risking your engine over it.
