I was not aware of this - the seal reconditioning properties of MMO. If that is the case, then perhaps a full dose is in order. However, would a full dose of the MMO thin the oil sufficiently to create a larger leak regardless? Sounds like I'm going to have to set aside the time to fix that seal.
