I know a thing or two about engine oils.

All I know is there are millions of cars that use 0w-20 year round, and these engines all last 300k miles, as long as you change the oil at a reasonable interval (5k mile max) and do all the other scheduled maintenances.

I’ve being using 5w20 and 0w20 in my 2010 Ford 3.5L Twin turbo Ecoboost engine since day one, and now I have 110,000 miles. I drive it hard too. No issues what so ever, and UOA’s always come back with great results. 5,000 mile oil change interval, and it’s good to go.

And I really hate thick vs thin.
