Just wondering, I recently saw the "new" Mobil 1 0w30 at PepBoys and it says on the package something like it meets or exceeds 10w30 standards... I have an 86 Toyota (4age engine I think) and an 88 Mazda, would that oil work in engines that old, or is it only designed for newer engines? Also, I...- freden00

Is it OK to put a SM/SL oil into my car? Under the hood it says SF / SE / SD. If not, what additive would I need, or where could I find the correct oil?- freden00
