That's exactly what I would do. Nothing below C3 or A3/B4 in my cars.

My choice is Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30. I like it because of its HTHS 3.5 cst which gives higher wear protection than thinner oils. My two cars run really well with this choice of mine. I don't want to use anything less than a C3 or A3/B4 in my engines.

I had the same experience as this. I ordered 2 jugs of Mobil 1 ESP 0W30. I was later told that the order had to be canceled because it wasn't available at that time.

I don't get to top off on my cars. The 2008 Honda Civic, which I bought new has never consumed or leaked any oil and it remains at the full mark till I do an oci. Next, my 2020 Chevy Equinox is not an oil burner, so I don't have to do any top offs on it.

Me too. I'm 87 years old and I still do the changes in mine also.

I also have a fumoto valve on my two cars. For me this is very helpful. However since I'm 87 years and sometimes a bit slow the oil change takes me a bit longer than the time you can do it in.

I've done several roadside oil changes in non crowded places when doing long trips. One time I just parked as far away on the parking lot as I could at a motel. I never left a mess, however.

Me too. When I got home I changed the oil to a 5W-30 right away. I need my cars to have a long lifetime with me. At the present time I'm using only Mobil 1 0W-30 in both of my cars.

I use Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30 in my cars. I like the extra wear protection and the ESP 0W-30 has an HTHS of 3.5, so I feel really well with it.
