    Upset with RockAuto

I tried to post the pics, but couldn't get them posted. The dent is about 2x2. Not horrible, but it also the principle of the matter. I think I will have the exhaust mechanic take a look at it and see what he thinks. Thanks for the response.

    Upset with RockAuto

Long story short I ordered two mufflers from RockAuto for my 2006 Cadillac DTS. I was traveling on business for the past two weeks and one of the mufflers blew out and the other is not far behind. I only have a few days at home before I have to leave on another trip and did not want to listen to...

    Kumho KR-21

I've had the KR-21's on my Mitsubishi Endeavor for about 500 miles. So far I would say that they are excellent tires for the money. I've run them through snow, ice and rain (gotta love Minnesota in the spring time). They handled very well in all situations, even going 70mph through slush on the...

    Brake squeal

Put CRC anti-squeal on the back of the pads and make sure you lube the caliper slide pins.

cleaned MAFS with CRC MAFS cleaner....

Do not use brake cleaner on your MAF!!! Brake cleaner is caustic and will harm electronic components. Triple se7en I also have the chevy 4.3l. The MAF sensor is after your air filter box and before the throttle body. It is sandwiched between the two in the air intake hose.

    Fel-Pro rear differential cover gasket

If you use the gasket I would recommend using the RTV. I put mine on without RTV and it started to leak within a few days. My mechanic told me to use black silicone and that worked perfectly.

    Bilstein or KYB..which one ?

I would really recommend Edelbrock's IAS. I have them on my Blazer and they feel great. If you are looking for shocks go to www.truckperformance.com, they are having a clearnce sale and had Bilstein's for my Blazer at $49.99 each. Your best bet is ebay.

    sweating like a ba$tard

If you like hot food, go to your local asian market and look for mai ploy (green curry). It usually comes like a paste. Mix it with some coconut milk, chicken, and some vegetables and serve over jasmine rice. Carefull if you use to much it will burn your lips off.

    Oil Pressure

I have a Chevy Blazer with the 4.3L and my oil pressure does the same thing. Don't worry.

    Kendall In Your Hometown?

I picked up some Kendall GT-1 semi-synthetic at Big Lots for $1.59, I grabbed about 30. I've been using it in my wife's 2000 Grand Am (2.4L) for a couple of months with a Purolator Pure One filter. So far so good. I believe it's made by Conoco.
