good question by op ,best to call/mail them and ask if they can send the typical specs, if not available just don't use their products. Lack of information is a red flag to me.

just stay with what you are using for oil, and learning is never completed on any subject if interest,and, if you want to learn more about lubricants ,go look up what I mentioned and open some new doors of non-opinionated knowledge on motor oils . .and related lubrication topics.

myself I change around four thousand miles, and yes, it is a good oil for what it is INTENDED for,, ,though there are other oils I would use, the Mobil 1 Extended Performance is a step up, and is good stuff if you are into Mobil 1 products.
