    Mine G37 required chain guides replacement and tensioner at 90K after the car developed chain rattle After the repair no more rattle Mostly Mobil 1 0w40 5K-6k miles OCIs The guides were worn out I would recommend to find a reputable shop which can diagnose ASAP
