I have a 2004 Motorhome on an E450 chassis and it has the V10. The main reason for not having Powerstroke, is the weight that the powestroke adds to the unit. A lot of motorhomes are close to the max gross vehicle weight when they sell. This does not leave a lot of CCC for the person to add things.
