You do not have to be a greenie. Just drive a small car like a Geo Metro.
Had a 1990 and 1994 Geo Metros. I loved those cars! Did not see the hate then like I do with the electric.
I have a 2012 Mitsubishi i-MiEV - full electric. Bought it in 2015 with 2600 miles on it for $8200. Original sticker was $36k. Ouch..... Many of these cars were leased, since they did not sell well at all. My car was put in service in March, 2014. I like how quick it is, the torque is there...

I was told here I can sell the cat, but get my picture taken, fingerprint taken, information recorded. This is meant to fight the same problem - the cut and run by thieves. Another example of the everyday man having to jump through hoops due to idiots.....
With my small fleet of 2 other 1996 Honda Accords, I picked up a parts car to scrap and get all kinds of parts for a heck of a deal. Found a 132k mile wagon - timing belt just done, but the son of the previous owner was racing it??!?!? Over revved it, has valve damage. It runs (2.2 liter 4 cyl)...
RV park here in Michigan is empty too. I talked to the owners a few weeks ago, they said with a mid week 4th, they were not full either weekend. I found that strange. But I do like it quiet. So I am not complaining!! But it sucks for them, they are a seasonal business after all.....
It is...
I had around 100 quarts in the stash back in 2012. That was the "free" after rebate year for Valvoline Next Gen. 5 quart jugs for $1.20 (the sales tax). Gave some to friends, had three cars at the time. Stash is down to around 30 quarts now, looking for some deals. Just bought Super Tech 5w20 @...

I cleaned both the battery terminals and grounds...
So I go out to the car, prep for a voltage drop test, have my wife start the car, and it starts right up. I did not see much voltage loss, a couple tenths. AND the car was in park, not neutral. Not sure why the car started. ideas?
Just did the 2nd drain/fill of the Auto trans. Also sucked and replaced the power steering fluid for the 2nd time. Steering is getting much smoother. I love these old Accords!

I had the battery out and ran it in my other Accord. It also showed 12.6 volts when I checked it.
Just took a look at the car again today, the car started in neutral. So it is the neutral safety switch. Not a fan of all that safety [censored]. Might try a way to bypass it? If not, I will replace the switch. Thanks for all the comments, much appreciated.

The car does not have a battery drain after the short/open whatever is causing the dim idiot lights recovers. When you go to crank the car, the idiot lights go dim, but after a couple of...
