If you want a PAO/Ester 5w40 Motorex Power Synt 5w40 4T is a good option. NOACK of 5.7% and nice VOA.

I think most of us that have Higher mileage Euro cars trust Valvoline enough to run it regardless of an actual approval. Valvoline doesn’t really make any bad products.

I would probably look at Redline 5w40 or 10w40. If your builder is recommending 20w50 and you’re in a HOT climate like lower AZ Valvoline VR1 or Mobil 1 15w50 will be good economical options.
