Never mind. I forgot that a lot of fluid will spill out with the engine off (if I try to put the entire amount in after I drain it) and I'll melt the set-up if I try to do it from the topside with the engine running. I'll have to do it from below with the pump and Kevlar glove once again. :(
I can drain, measure, refill all at once with the engine cool on the 6R80 and not have to be concerned about running it up to hot and burning my hand and stuff, checking the level in multiple steps?
That would allow me to perform the refill from the top with a funnel and long hose instead of...
So it appears as though, drain, measure the fluid volume and put the same amount back in will not work with the 6R80 like I can do with my '06 Honda Pilot, correct?
