I know it works for most people but it just didn’t work for me, believe me I tried to trust and save the ML by blaming the shift quality on any other thing I could think of but the atf. I’m just going off of what I feel in the transmission and the DW-1 really did make it about 90% better, when...
Unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me. You’d think that for such a specialized product there would be lots of people using and commenting on it but I could barely find any information about those frictions other than the description on their website.

Update: I installed a Hayden atf cooler and did not notice any improvements over the last week. I began the process today of going to DW-1 and the transmission immediately felt happier even with 1x drain/refill, the shifts are buttery smooth like back to how they were before the rebuild but...

Unfortunately Honda decided to ship off the 6th gen civic with an obd1 p28 ecu to the Mexican market so I really have no way of scanning the temps. Is it advisable to mix both oils while I do a series of drain and refills and how long should I do them for?
To give a little context I recently rebuilt my Honda B4RA automatic off of my 2000 Civic with Raybestos GPX Clutches and filled it up completely with Maxlife, the rebuild was successful and the transmission worked perfectly, the shifts were smooth and quick for a while but after a few months of...
